Dyslexia Assessments offer a number of different types of Dyslexia assessment. They are all are designed to identify the specific learning difficulties that an individual might have and will also highlight an individual's strengths which can be extremely important for those who harbour a sense of non achievement.
This is an assessment for those who require detailed and in depth knowledge of the specific learning difficulties that they might have. As a result of the assessment, a report will be prepared detailing the results of the tests and a summary of the subject’s learning profile including their strengths and weaknesses. It will also contain recommendations for support at home and at school/in the workplace. The report can be given to their school/tutor/specialist teacher/employer to assist in enabling the subject to achieve their full potential. This report may also be used as evidence of a specific learning difficulty and/or as evidence for access arrangements for external examinations should the assessment indicate that this is necessary.
